Sometimes deadlines just won't budge and supervisors just can't live without you. So, here's a few useful tips past applicants have used to escape their usual routine and take a Justifi trip. 

1) Share your desire. Prior to approaching bosses or family members, you should make sure to have a clear understanding of why you want to go on this trip. What experiences do you hope to gain? Why is going important for you? How will it effect your future? Share those ideas in an authentic and personal way. People are much more likely to relate positively to your requests when you have a convincing reason and show genuine excitement. 

2) Coordinate time off with your colleagues. If you plan in advance and talk to the people on your team, it's often easier than you think to make sure your responsibilities are covered. This way you can travel off with minimal impact.  Here is a great article to get you started: (Read the Article)

3) Talking to the boss, the right way. Forbes magazine often has the answer! For those of us who need approval from a higher up to get vacation time approved, here is a small article advising how to approach your boss time off. Additionally, many of the tips can be modified to for conversations with difficult clients, customers, professors, team members, and anyone else from whom you'd need to get the go-ahead.
