Justifi Flex Booking Policy

 Applicability

The “Justifi FLEX” Booking Policy applies to Bookings for Justifi Trips beginning between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021.  A Booking requires 1) the submission of an application via https://www.justifi.org/apply-now, 2) the payment of the Trip Deposit, and 3) a notification from Justifi that you’ve been accepted on the requested trip.  A Trip’s “Beginning” is the Arrival Date published on the final trip itinerary.

Justifi Travel Credits that are being held by Justifi as a result of Trips that were cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 that were scheduled to begin between April 1, 2020 and August 31, 2020 can be applied to future trips during the above mentioned period and this Policy will apply.  This Policy does not apply to certain specialty trips or to Partner Trips organized in collaboration with another organization.

Terms

Cancellation without Penalty.  

Travelers booking under the “Justifi FLEX” Booking Policy for a Trip beginning prior to January 31, 2021 will be permitted to cancel their confirmed Justifi Trip, pre- or post- trip extensions, additional hotel nights, ground transportation services or other extra services at any time prior to 14 days from the Beginning Date of the Trip at no charge if they also rebook another Justifi Trip and/or reschedule travel to a later date, which must be within two years of the initial Beginning Date.

Travelers booking under the “Justifi FLEX” Booking Policy for a Trip beginning between February 1 and August 31, 2021 will be permitted to cancel their confirmed Justifi Trip, pre- or post- trip extensions, additional hotel nights, ground transportation services or other extra services at any time prior to 30 days from the Beginning Date of the Trip at no charge if they also rebook another Justifi Trip and/or reschedule travel to a later date, which must be within two years of the initial Beginning Date.

Rebooking. 

The traveler must rebook their deferred travel at the same time as their cancellation in order for the “Justifi FLEX” Booking Policy to be applicable. Regular Justifi Terms and Conditions apply to all cancellations or rebookings made within 14 days for Trips beginning prior to January 31, 2021 and within 30 days for Trips beginning between February 1 and August 31, 2021.

Travelers may make an unlimited number of initial bookings under the “Justifi FLEX” Booking Policy, however each such booking may only be cancelled and rebooked one time. Further Trip cancellations and/or rebookings (after the first rebooking) are subject to the regular Justifi Terms and Conditions.

Price Adjustments.

If the rebooked Trip is priced higher than the original Trip, the traveler will be responsible to pay the difference. If the rebooked trip is priced lower than the original Trip, the passenger will receive a Justifi Travel Credit for the difference that will be kept on file with Justifi for two years from the date of rebooking. Any travel credit issued pursuant to this paragraph is subject to the terms of the “Justifi FLEX” Booking Policy. Travelers may apply whatever discounts or promotions are available at the time of rebooking.

Exclusions

This policy does not entitle the passenger to a full refund. This policy does not apply to airfare or insurance. Any airline change or cancellation fees are solely the responsibility of the traveler and are subject to airline policies. No refunds will be provided in respect to any visas, travel insurance, vaccines, or other services provided by third parties, which are solely the responsibility of the traveler.  

Modifications to this policy

Justifi reserves the right to withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice or liability. Justifi reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unauthorized, altered, ineligible, or fraudulent use of the policy. Justifi is not responsible for technical or system errors that may interfere with or otherwise prohibit the use of the promotion. All Justifi Trips are subject to Justifi’s full booking conditions.
